This is for a new site in Enfield opening in January. Initial training will be held in one of our local stores so travel for 4 weeks will be required

Key duties will include:
**Customer Assistance: Assisting customers with inquiries, product information, and purchase decisions.**

**Sales: Promoting and selling products or services to meet or exceed sales targets.**

**Problem Resolution: Resolving customer complaints, concerns, or issues promptly and satisfactorily.**

**Product Knowledge: Maintaining up-to-date knowledge about the products or services offered.**

**Cross-selling and Upselling: identifying opportunities to recommend additional products or services to customers.**

**Documentation: Keeping records of customer interactions and transactions.**

**Feedback Collection: Gathering customer feedback to improve products or services and reporting it to management.**

**Team Collaboration: Collaborating with colleagues and team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.**

**Adherence to Policies: Following company policies and procedures, including those related to sales techniques and customer service.**

**Act in good faith to the business and your colleagues always**

Your Skill Set

You must have experience at this level in retail/sales or customer service/customer care. Telesales experience would be a major advantage. In addition, you will be:
**Self-motivated, self-starting and hard working**

**Competent with MS Office**

**Strong communication and interpersonal skills**

**Bright, positive and enthusiastic**

**Experienced at consultative sales and delivering first-class customer service**

**Literate and numerate**

Pay: Up to £32,500.00 per year
