**Young Person's Support Worker**

Precedo Healthcare are currently recruiting for an experienced Young Person's Support Worker to work with a Young Person in their own home.

Our client requires someone who has experience of working with young people with an Acquired Brain Injury who is able to interact with Young Person and family. You will need to have excellent communication skills, be quick thinking and adaptable. You willbe required to assist with Hydro Therapy, Horse Riding, Sensory activities and daily activities within the community. A driver is essential for this position.

Our client is looking for support on Thursdays and Fridays between 9.00am and 3.00pm and have the flexibility to cover sickness and annual leave. Around these times Precedo Healthcare are able to offer other work with a variety of clients in and around thearea.
