We are a leading accredited Air Quality & Environmental Consultancy based in the West Midlands.

We are growing and are now looking to recruit a Laboratory Operator to run the operations in laboratory on a day to day basis with assistance from the Quality Manager and the Technical Manager.

They will be personable, flexible and able to adapt to represent the Company in a professional, ethical and competent manner. This is a permanent part-time position based at our offices in Worcester. The role will suit someone who has flexibility to work 2 days a week, on a rota basis. No previous experience is required, full training will be provided.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Daily operation of a UKAS accredited laboratory service**
- **Assisting with the maintenance and management of laboratory equipment**
- **Providing essential reporting data to all areas of the environmental sector**
- **Working alongside the quality and technical managers to provide excellent service**
- Preparing

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience of working with excel
- Computer literacy in Microsoft software
- Ability to adapt to new technology and software required for the role

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and as a team
- Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines
