**DOCUMENT CONTROL ADMINISTRATOR**

Reporting to - Head of Admin This job description reflects the core activities of the role. There may be changes in the emphasis as required by the Annual Business Strategy. The purpose of the role is to provide administrative support to all staff primarily focussed on document control. The role further entails providing back up support for other administrative tasks as required by the company.

**Responsibilities - Corporate**
Represent the company professionally in the full spirit of the company ethos,
Demonstrates a collegiate attitude, respecting others needs and the studio environment,
Actively collaborate across sectors and disciplines,
Adopt the operational protocols and qualitative standards as defined in the company's IMS,
Support new business development initiatives,
Maintain/improve core skills to comply with current industry standards

**Responsibilities - Specialist Administration**
To co-ordinate archiving activities both paper and electronic o To format and prepare minutes, file notes and schedules for the project teams
To Attend CDE training sessions o Ensuring knowledge transfer with external document controllers and delivering inhouse training to project teams as required.

**Responsibilities - Support for Reception**
Answering and directing incoming calls/answering front door/advising staff of visitors
Backup organising catering for meetings as required
Support for events as required

**Responsibilities - support with General Administration**
Producing documents and correspondence, reports, presentations in a variety of formats,
Providing full range of admin support to all staff,
Ad hoc admin duties as required
