Your role? To support the quality and growth of the business by recruiting and retaining great caregivers. To ensure our caregivers receive all the development and support they need; through a rich and varied programme of touchpoints.

Recruitment

Caregiver Support and Development

Assess the support and development needs of our caregivers as individuals and a collective and deliver a varied programme to meet these - for new and existing caregivers; formally, informally and socially.

Other Duties

Work supportively and collaboratively with colleagues, ask for and offer help freely and display behaviours consistent with Our Values. Be self aware, developing the knowledge and skills you need to grow and be successful in your job.
