This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our People Services team and work as the HR lead and critical friend to a number of business units within the Group.

We are looking for a HR Business Partner that shares our passion in providing a first-class HR service and for ensuring customer excellence.

**What will I be responsible for doing?**

First and foremost, you will be responsible for building meaningful working partnerships with a range of teams, managers, and key stakeholders within your designated business area, working closely with them to build both organisational and people capability, and shape and implement effective people strategies and activities

Reporting directly to the People Operations Manager you will be part of a hugely collaborative multidiscipline team of HRBPs and L&D BPs supporting your business areas with all employee related matters and the implementation and delivery of a wide range of specific HR projects, programmes and initiatives aimed at reinforcing the business vision, values and behaviours of the Group.

**One of the great things about this role is **it’s incredibly varied, no two days are the same and there is a great deal of scope to work with stakeholders at all levels throughout the business and really help shape positive change. The role also comes with a high level of autonomy, but support is there when needed.

**And what would make me stand out from the crowd?**

**To be a successful as a HR Business Partner **here at YHG, you will ideally have proven experience operating as a HRBP, not only supporting your business areas with strategic advice and guidance, but also working with them operationally, dealing with complex employee relations or policy issues. Strong knowledge of employment law and CIPD qualification would be hugely beneficial to this role.

**This role is really suited to someone who is **an exceptional relationship builder, able to communicate, consult and influence at all levels, and operate as a solutions provider, pragmatic in your approach and able to find the routes through to success

In return we offer a salary of Circa £40,000 - £45,000 for a 35-hour week, 25 days annual leave (holidays also increase with time served) plus Bank Holidays, **but our **benefits are far more than a competitive salary and holiday allowance.**
