Finance Analyst

Altum are excited to partner with a hospitality company to find them a Finance Analyst to oversee the organisation’s UK region. This is a brilliant opportunity to join a global company and become a key part of their continued strategic growth.

Reporting into the Finance Manager, you’ll supervise the company's UK team and provide the resilient leadership and development.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Working with Internal Control team to ensure SOX compliance
- Review and certification of Balance Sheet reconciliations
- Working closely with External auditors with view to simplifying annual audits
- Ensuring all accounting is in line with required GAAP and Group policy
- Supporting SEC reporting team in US GAAP reporting
- Responsible for detailed revenue reporting including flash revenue estimates
- Development of Workday Financials / reduction in reliance on Excel
- Leadership and development of all UK accounting teams
- Responsible for submission and presentation of Divisional results
- Responsible for cost reporting and relevant analysis
- Working with FP&A team in production of annual budgets and forecasts
- Review of Monthly Statutory P&Ls, Balance sheets and supporting information
- Production of divisional statutory reporting (for all subsidiaries in the division)
- Development of Dashboards/Standardised reports for budget holders
- Detailed KPI reporting
- Working with business unit MDs on specific investment/business cases

**Key Skills**
- Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA or ACA)
