We're an independent retail company with three points of sales in London.

We are looking for a Deli Assistant, an expert with cheeses and ham for our Italian deli.
- We are looking for someone have knowledge about **cheeses, salami and knowledge in panini preparation **for our Deli in Chiswick High Rd., Chiswick, London W4 5TT.

**Duties will include**:

- Excellent costumer service
- Packing customer orders
- Manage Slicer and knives
- Working with pork meat and derivates
- Collaborating with other team members to keep the sales floor area, clean and organized at all times
- Making menu recommendations
- Remove dirty dishes and utensils
- Observance of the HACCP standards
- Cleaning Deli area after the shift
