An exciting opportunity has become available for a Sales Administrator to join an established software provider that has recently been acquired by Uber.

The company is currently based in Cheadle however they will be moving to a brand new office in Manchester town centre. The position is part remote with the ability to work from home or come to the new offices which includes pool, foosball, and table tennistables.

**What kind of things will I be doing each day?**

As a Sales Administrator, you’ll be providing exceptional administrative support to our sales team and ensuring the smooth-running daily operations of the sales function. You'll be involved in the coordination and implementation of sales procedures and willfrequently have responsibility for specific projects and tasks.

You will report to our Sales Manager to support the company with our key business objectives to achieve the following:

- Enhance sales processes and create a process driven department
- Reduce the sales cycle time within the sales function, increase sales productivity and cutting the time sales reps spend on non-sales tasks
- Increase customer retention and satisfaction
- Increase upsells and cross sells
- Generate and increase revenue for the organisation
- Raising contracts and quotations for customers
- Taking payments from customers
- Liaising with colleagues and other departments to create fluent well managed processes
- Suggestive selling of other products/services with existing clients and inbound enquiries.
- Taking the lead on sales administrative projects and tasks
- Maintaining client records, sales data and producing reports

**Skills you may have**:
We’d love to hear from you if you have any of the qualifications and skill sets below:

- Previous experience in an administration role
- 5 A*- C GCSE or Equivalent
- Experience of Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook
- Strong organisation skills
- Excellent customer service skills, including a professional telephone manner
- Be able to communicate with people on multiple levels
- Understanding of numeric data with a good attention to detail
- Previous experience of using a CRM system would be advantageous, particularly Salesforce
- Ability to work on own initiative, use common sense approach and prioritise workload

Hours: 9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday

**Salary**: £19,500 - £22,000
