**Established recruitment business - operational role - ground-up build a team - develop a greater regional presence - equity share and career advancement**

Joining this successful independent recruitment business, you will be responsible for hiring a new team of Consultants and developing new business streams on a regional basis. This is a strategic / operational role where you will be driving growth throughyour team whilst identifying and securing business wins across key sectors - IT, Sales & Marketing, Engineering, Finance.

The company has a grown-up approach and very supportive culture that is certainly not aggressive or hire-and-fire. They don’t suffocate with KPI’s and unnecessary metrics but rather give their teams autonomy and support to be successful. They embrace hybridand remote working.

**Package - Recruitment Director**
- Basic salary up to £70k
- Car allowance of £6k
- Very attractive commission scheme - potential to double your salary

- Previous experience of building and managing a recruitment team
- Sales-focused with a proven ability to identify and secure new business wins
- Able to maximise team performance through coaching and developing Consultants
