**About the Opportunity**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Supervisor to join our established team with work predominantly in the active areas on the Sellafield site. This role is crucial to the successful organization and control of site-based civil tasks and teams, ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of our projects which cover a wide range of asset care, maintenance, and outage work.

**Here’s what you’ll need**:

- Must hold a CSCS Card/NVQ;
- IOSH managing safely;
- Good working knowledge of H&S legislation;
- Experience in the delivery of engaging toolbox talks;
- Experience in resource allocation;
- Experience of managing the works of direct labour and subcontractors;
- Experience of supervising civil ground works;
- Active area experience;
- Classified/Monitored worker;
- **Have, or have the ability to gain, the relevant security clearance.**
