**Overview**

**Duties**
- Oversee daily operations within a Cleanroom Environment, ensuring high standards are carried out throughout.
- Lead and manage a team of 7, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills.
- Ensure compliance with Health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in all f areas.
- Assist in the training of new staff members
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as necessary to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with management to develop menus that meet customer preferences while adhering to budget constraints.
- Address any client concerns or complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a cleanroom environment essential
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in team management and training.
- Knowledge of Health and safety standards and best practices is required.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- A passion for delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.
