Senior Fundraiser

**Senior Fundraiser - Individual Giving - Prestigious Charity - Kent Based - up to £38k**

We’re on the hunt for an experienced**Individual Giving Fundraiser**to join a prestigious national charity in their offices in Kent.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a renowned charity in a new role that will be instrumental in growing their unrestricted Individual Giving income. Working across both acquisition and retention, you’ll be a key part of campaign development and deliveryfor their regular giving programme, cash giving, legacy and charity club.

**Key responsibilities as the Senior Individual Giving Fundraiser will include**:**
- Creating engaging and inspiring content to support fundraising marketing campaigns
- Implementing testing opportunities across each channel to accelerate test and learn
- Planning, monitoring and implementing projects, events and initiatives to agreed deadlines, often with conflicting priorities
- Managing stakeholders at all levels
- Managing supporter data, segmentation and targeting to achieve desired outcomes
- Recording, interpreting, analysing and presenting financial data accurately

**What we’re looking for**:**
- Demonstrable success in fundraising / charitable sector
- Proven success in meeting income and recruitment targets - donor or customer acquisition and retention
- Experience of creating engaging and inspiring content (online and offline) in support of fundraising/membership marketing campaigns
- Solid experience in donor stewardship
- Experience in developing and implementing successful journeys to ensure smooth transition between recruitment and long-term support
- Campaign management and delivery experience
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise a busy workload
- IT literate - experience using a fundraising database such as Raiser’s Edge, Thank Q or similar, is beneficial
- Knowledge of digital platforms and how to maximise them for the benefits of fundraising is advantageous
- Passion for the sector
- Ability to occasionally travel to events (occasionally evening and weekend event work) and corporate supporter offices
