Assistant Roofer

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Assistant Roofer / Roofers Mate to join our growing Construction & Building maintenance business. We are a forward-thinking Company with strong culture and Values.

**The General responsibly for the role include but are not limited to**:
**Assisting the Lead Roofing Engineer with the following**:

- Reviewing audits / works list for upcoming works
- Collecting the necessary materials and equipment required to complete the planned works
- Attending store and completing the Construction Phase Plans
- Completing dynamic risk assessments on Job logic
- Carrying out the general maintenance tasks relating to the multiple types of roof finishes
- Completion of job sheets on Job logic to record the works carried out
- Attend reactive call outs when directed by the help desk and carry out temporary repairs
- Attend out of hours call outs, when requested, and carry out temporary repairs
- Report in to the FM supervisor

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Minimum of two years’ experience as an Assistant Roofer / Roofers Mate in a similar role
- A Roofing background / qualification
- IT skills
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Attention to detail
- Driving licence is essential

**Experience**:

- Roofing: 2 years (required)
