Do you have a keen eye for detail? We're looking for an orgainsed, efficient and detailed IT Admin Assistant to join us. We're a fast paced and forward thinking IT division of a growing international company, are you ready for the challenge?

Delivering the administrative and Purchase Order processes that underpin the IT function. It's down to you to ensure that all IT Quotes & Purchase Orders are processed in a timely fashion.

**Your Role**:

- Raise IT Purchase Orders with our suppliers, provide purchase orders to acquire materials, goods and supplies. Send them to the suppliers or enter via our payment portal.
- Evaluate orders speaking with the suppliers on a daily basis; building strong and effective working relationships
- Track the status of our orders, ensure invoices are sent to accounts for payment.
- Create and maintain all reports, placing and tracking orders with external vendors; checking and validating accounting codes as needed.

**Your Skills, Experience and Qualifications**:

- BTEC in Business and Services or equivalent is desirable. Microsoft Office and Share Point experience with basic accounting knowledge would be a huge advantage
- With accurate data processing skills, you’re highly numerate and can expertly present and analyse data to any audience.
- Practical admin experience within a similar field and the ability to work under pressure is critical.
- Very strong interpersonal skills, happy to liaise with colleagues, customers and suppliers
- Proven problem solving skills, accurate data input skills and proficient in MS Office.
- Eligible to work in the UK
