**Job Description - Quality Assurance Administrator**

Responsible for supporting the administrative division at Switch365. This role ensures smooth daily operations by managing data accuracy, assisting internal teams with queries, and ensuring compliance with agreed service-level agreements (SLAs). The **Quality Assurance Administrator** will contribute to the efficiency and quality of processes, helping maintain high standards in customer service and operational workflows.

**Accountabilities**
- Provide administrative support to the sales teams, ensuring smooth department functionality.
- Manage and update internal systems, including monitoring and clearing inboxes daily.
- Maintain quality control of contract submissions, terminations, and Letters of Authority (LOA) processes to ensure all documentation meets supplier SLAs.
- Monitor and update system statuses weekly, ensuring no pending issues at month-end.
- Run, export, and analyse data reports to ensure system accuracy, including live status, registration, and objection reports.
- Collaborate with sales analysts to monitor monthly sales and revenue performance metrics.
- Respond to inbound customer queries and complaints, ensuring accurate logging and resolution within established guidelines.
- Track and manage objections, providing clear reporting on their status and resolutions.
- Proactively identify and suggest improvements to processes, enhancing productivity and operational efficiency.
- Maintain compliance with KPIs, documenting key achievements and addressing any errors or discrepancies.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems.
- Ability to analyse data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong customer service orientation.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role, ideally within the energy sector or a similar fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of SLAs and compliance standards in business operations.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £22,000.00 per year
