Coventry University Students’ Union is a charity dedicated to improving the experience of students at the Coventry University Group.
We are looking to recruit a Central Operations and Governance Coordinator.
The Central Operations team sits centrally and supports the wide variety of departments at Your Students’ Union in delivering impactful services to our members. Your role will focus on the day-to-day coordination of operational support focusing on administration processes, preparation of resources and taking minutes for meetings.

**Key duties**
- Responsible for the day-to-day coordination of the operational support to departments, including room booking systems, purchase requests, travel requests, organising hospitality and ordering supplies.
- Using an online enquiry management system to manage internal enquiries in accordance to service level agreements and response times.
- Organise, coordinate and administer meetings including making calendar bookings, compiling and distributing the agenda and taking the minutes.
- Supporting staff with the set-up of relevant equipment for meetings and events, including IT/AV equipment, furniture and preparation of resources.
- Support in the development and delivery of training for staff around central processes.
**Working hours and Location**
This post is a permanent role and the full-time contract is 37.5 hours per week.
**Salary Details**
The salary is £25,742 - 28,759 per annum.
The salary advertised is the full time salary, if the role is taken on a reduced hour basis the salary (and holiday entitlement) will be calculated pro-rata accordingly.
