We are seeking a talented and experienced Teaching Assistant to provide one-to one support to pupils with Special Educational Needs.

About the role:
Responsibilities: Providing specific support for individual pupils with Special Educational Needs.

**Requirements**:
Qualifications: Minimum Grade C in GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent).

Experience: Proven experience in nurture and behaviour management in a primary school setting.

Skills: Excellent communication skills, ability to engage and motivate children, and a commitment to being an integral part of our school community.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide specific support for individual pupils with Special Educational Needs, working alongside the class teacher to deliver programmes of learning.
- Foster a positive learning environment that boost achievement, independence and self-esteem.

We are looking for someone who:

- Can support high-quality learning experiences for all pupils including those with special education needs.
- Understands safeguarding practices
- Is calm, patient, and sees the potential in all pupils
- Can work independently and collaboratively with other staff members
- Can engage children in play and structured activities during playtimes and lunchtimes.
- Brings a fun personality and good sense of humour.
