**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain and organise office files, both electronic and paper-based.
- Assist in bookkeeping tasks using Xero.
- Coordinate schedules, appointments, logistics, projects, and meetings for team members.
- Prepare reports and documents as required.
- Ensure the office environment is well-organised and conducive to productivity.
- Support clerical duties such as typing correspondence and managing office supplies.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn to use Xero for producing quotes etc is highly desirable.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy in data entry tasks.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with general office equipment (printers, copiers, etc.).

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temp to perm
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: £15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
