Associate Project Manager

This is a permanent, full time position based at our facility in Crumlin.**

**Role Overview**

BBI’s Programmes & Projects Team is responsible for the delivery of our customers’ projects and is at the heart of business change. You will join a team that leads and facilitates on a variety of exciting projects which deliver real benefits to our business.

As an Associate Project Manager, you will take responsibility for the delivery of small to medium-sized projects, whilst gaining exposure to larger more complex projects with the support of more senior project and programme managers. You will support ourkey accounts in managing customer requested changes throughout the product lifecycle. There will also be some time spent supporting the PMO team.

**Role Requirements**

Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Change Management: Lead team to deliver project to time and budget
- Resource Planning: Ensure the appropriate resource and skills are available throughout the project to deliver the project as planned
- Project Planning: Define project activities and identify dependencies and establish an achievable timeline to deliver the project
- Project Documentation: Initiate and maintain all required documentation
- Customer Management: Point of contact for customer communication, responsibility for assessing, managing and delivering customer expectations, ensuring alignment with external and internal stakeholders
- Project Control: Provide regular project status updates against project timeline as and when required.
- Compliance: Ensure project compliance to QMS and relevant regulatory requirements With strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn, we will work with you to form a structured learning path to help you develop further. What we’re looking for in our Associate Project Manager:

- Excellent organisational skills - perhaps experience using project management tools and techniques
- Good communication skills removing complexity and providing transparency
- Planning skills including resource & budget management and estimation
- Knowledge of Life Science industry, medical device manufacture and / or product development
- Awareness of change management, delivery approaches and the product lifecycle whilst not essential would be desirable.
