Professional Support Lawyer Real Estate

Our client is a UK law firm with around 150 lawyers, approximately a third of them partners, many of whom chose to join them from City law firms. This gives a very good indication of the quality team you will be working with here. Overall the firm deal withmajor international organisations, UK FTSE companies, owner managed businesses, entrepreneurs and individuals.
With everyone under one roof, actively supporting one another, they work together and have great working relationships. This has led to them winning awards as firm due to the good experience the people working there enjoy.
They have an established PSL function and it is something the firm and the fee earners really appreciate. This role will see you provide support to the real estate team and assist lawyers in the firm with day to day real estate queries. You will also draftand maintain precedents and assist with training and marketing materials.
You will join a large team of lawyers regarded as one of the leading real estate practices in the South East outside of London. The department handle a broad range of real estate work and clients include household name PLCS, major international groups and highnet worth private clients.
You should have a thorough understanding of real estate law and recent experience in this practice area. You are likely to have a minimum of 7 PQE in Real Estate, either as a lawyer or as a professional support lawyer.
