**Responsibilities of Supported Living Mentor**:
To enable you to build solid professional relationships and succeed as part of our team, you will dedicate your time to guiding care experienced young people and unaccompanied asylum seekers (UASCs) to:
- Access to safe and supportive educational and leisure activities
- Development of life skills including building and sustaining positive relationships and independence skills such as budgeting, shopping, and cooking
You will:
- Conduct daily care visits to looked after children (LAC) living in a group environment, ensuring the Home is clean, hygienic and well-equipped
- Represent Homes for Support and advocate for children in our partnership with professionals
**Benefits & Salary**:
- Salary range: £27,000.00 to £40,932.00 (depending on the working pattern and professional qualifications)

- Shift working pattern options of:
- 2 days work, 4 days off work (10 shifts per month, 150 hours per month and 14 days annual leave)
- 3 days work, 3 days off work (15 shifts per month, 228 hours per month and 21 days annual leave)

We are a strong and well-structured team of care professionals providing residential care to young people ages 16 to 18 with emotional and behavioural difficulties and learning disabilities. To give you the best possible experience as a team member, our semi-independent group and solo-living Homes are close to our Head Office and in-house Training venue in Crewe, Cheshire.
