**What is the Role?**

As a Customer Service Assistant you will work as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service. Your tasks will include:

- Building rapport with our customers.
- Serving refreshments.
- Cash Handling.
- Compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Ensuring the venue is clean and welcoming at all times
