**Salary**: £12 per hour, plus 40 pence per mile (for drivers with own vehicle)

**Hours of Employment**: Bank (Flexible) with potential for part-time and full-time positions

**Job Purpose**:
To provide exceptional person-centred care and support to individuals in their own homes, promoting independence and improving quality of life.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver personal care and support to Service Users with a variety of needs, including assistance with medication, nutrition, hydration, toileting, and household tasks.
- Support Service Users to access community activities and provide companionship.
- Encourage the independence and autonomy of Service Users in line with their care plans.
- Maintain accurate records and complete all required documentation professionally.
- Adhere to policies, procedures, and Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards to ensure the safety and wellbeing of Service Users.
- Attend training, supervision, and development meetings to enhance your skills and knowledge.

**Requirements**:
**Essential**:

- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
- Commitment to providing high-quality care and treating all individuals with dignity and respect.
- Access to a smartphone for care note documentation.
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (mileage is paid at 40p per mile).

**Desirable**:

- 1 year of experience in domiciliary care or care settings.
- NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care.
