**Finance Administrator**
I am currently recruiting on behalf of my established and ambitious client, based in **Wakefield**, for an experienced **Finance Administrator **to join on a full-time, permanent basis.
This role requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
**About the role**:
**Admin Duties**:
- Scanning and saving documents accurately
- Maintaining and updating client spreadsheets
- Handling incoming phone calls and greeting clients
- Processing letters of authority
- Booking client meetings and preparing meeting packs
**Technical Admin Duties**:
- Inputting and updating CFRs
- Analysing data to progress cases to the case-writing stage
- Writing post-meeting review letters
- Managing client queries independently, including withdrawal requests and fund switches.
- Processing straightforward transactions like ISAs and UTFs
- Updating software after each meeting or transaction.
- Reading and comprehending advice guidance notes and preparing sign-up packs.
- Creating illustrations and assisting with trust documents as needed.
**Paraplanner Support Duties**:
- Managing your own workload independently and meeting deadlines.
- Assisting with writing complex replacement cases, such as pension and drawdown transfers.
- Supporting with complex and straightforward replacement business processing.
- Drafting retirement plan suitability letters and reviewing drawdown cases.
- Problem-solving and providing solutions to queries without partner interaction.
- Proactively avoiding issues and challenging partner advice when necessary to ensure compliance with guidelines.
**Hours & Pay**:
- Salary up to £30,000 - dependent on experience
- Monday to Friday
**About you**:
- Previous Office Administration/Paralegal experience is desired
- Strong attention to detail
- Exceptional Customer Service levels
- Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- Strong numerical and data entry skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multi-task
