Our client is the **UK’s biggest end-to-end commercial vehicle fleet management business** managing and maintaining a fleet of over **90,000 vehicles across 81 locations**.

They have an exciting opportunity for a **Service Controller **to join the team on a **full-time basis, **working Monday - Friday with no weekend work.

As a **Service Controller** **,** you would be responsible for providing a great customer experience, providing a range of customer service and administrative services in greeting customers, processing their job requirements and advising on progress and being the first point of contact for enquiries. This is a pivotal role in driving customer experience for the Garage.

**The Service Advisor will perform the following duties**:

- Meet and greet customers onsite
- Enter the vehicle details into the system on arrival
- Manage the job from start to finish, updating the system and customer as and when required
- Ensure all documentation is prepared in advance of the job
- Filing and general administrative duties as directed
- Ordering parts
- Where appropriate support job closures/completions

**The **Service Controller** **will need to have**:

- Strong administration experience, preferably in an automotive sector
- Excellent customer service skills both face-to-face as well as via the telephone
- Handling tasks from start to finish with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure, e.g. during peak times a number of vehicles normally need to be checked in/out with multiple customers in the Reception area at the same time
- Good PC skills including use of Outlook, Word & Excel

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
