Stable Yard Operative

**Red Rock Partnership Limited** are delighted to be working with our prestigious client in Brampton, North Lincolnshire who are looking for Yard Operative to join their busy team.

As we continue to develop our Racing and Breeding Racehorse Program, we are looking to recruit another person to join our family run friendly Yard team here at Brampton (between Lincoln and Gainsborough) in North Lincolnshire.

**About the Business**:
We currently have 15 National Hunt racehorses, 10 Broodmares, 3 two year olds, 3 yearlings and 6 foals and would typically have on site a mix of over 20 horses including young National Hunt Store Horses that we bring on ready for sale, Broodmares in foal, foals, yearlings, and our own National Hunt racehorses that come home for a break. All the horses in the yard are owned by ourselves.

**About The Role**:
The position is full time 5 days per week, Tuesday to Saturday 40 hours per week at £10 per hour. (We also have a part time vacancy and a trainee vacancy if that is more suitable for you) Additional hours are available as the job may require and to cover holidays etc. The job is carrying out general yard duties, including mucking out, grooming, handling young horses, helping break in horses, turning out horses to grass, helping to maintain paddocks and the yard and ensuring high standards of housekeeping.

**About you**:
Experience of working with horses is essential and even better if you have experience of working with broodmares, foals or racehorses. You must be conscientious, hardworking, outgoing and have a positive attitude to work.
