We are actively recruiting for a skilled Associate Lawyer to join our serious injury team in Manchester.

We are seeking those who have experience within EL/PL/OL, orthopaedic work, catastrophic/serious injury and large value claims. This role does not require a background within RTA.

This role requires running a multi-track caseload from start to finish and is ideal for those who wish to work on high value complex claims.

We’re looking for someone who can undertake substantive work on these cases with mínimal assistance. We would like those with a background in instructing appropriate medical experts, dealing with disclosure, proofing witnesses and preparing well-structured witness statements. You will attend conferences with clients and leading counsel, MDT and pathfinder meetings and have frequent client/family contact.
