Due to our continued success and expansion we are are looking for a Employee & HR Specialist on a contract for 3 days a week to help shape the future of our family.

Working alongside the HR & Recruitment team, your role will include making sure our organisation maintains compliance with legal and local laws and regulations whilst overseeing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. You will also oversee pay plan and progression routes and ensure payroll process and completion is achieved on time.

You will report to leadership and provide HR support through metrics whilst keeping up to date with best practice, personal development and legislation.

We’re looking to hire someone who can hit the ground running and is positive, enthusiastic and Kind. We place a big emphasis on being happy at work, as karaoke is some of the best fun you can possibly have.

- Have a strong working knowledge of employment law and be CIPD qualified
- Have a coach/mentor style approach with a friendly and warm personality, committed to developing people within the business
- An HR generalist background at senior level (ideally multi-site experience), preferably within the hospitality sector, previous experience and a passion for engagement, communications, employee relations, learning and development
- Demonstrate the ability to problem solve both operational and strategic issues through a pragmatic and commercially sound approach and based on feedback from the operation
- Be Passionate and enthusiastic about the industry and our people
- Have the Ability to build great rapport and relationships with teams and our people

- £45-50K Pro Rata per annum, depending on experience
