**The difference you'll make.**
- Working in Agile framework collaboratively with project / programme stakeholders within the Mortgage domain to investigate and analyse project requirements, ensuring the right solutions are developed and delivered.
- Working in a multidisciplinary team composed of diverse people coming from different areas within the bank with the aim to deliver a first in class service to our end customers.
- Developing and understanding of how to elicit and elaborate requirements and translate these into Features and User Stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Facilitating some agile ceremonies such as: retros, stand up, demos for example
- Defining acceptance criteria for users' stories.
- Providing technical/functional support to identify production functionalities.

**What you'll bring.**
- Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst, Software Analyst, Software Design Analyst, Business Analyst, Systems Analyst or similar.
- Demonstrable technical knowledge and understanding of infrastructure and databases

**It would also be nice for you to have.**
- Experience of working in an agile environment.
- Knowledge on public clouds such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.
- Banking industry experience
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder management skills

**What else you need to know.**

We will be conducting all interviews via telephone or video-conference where possible.

This role offers hybrid working with an expectation to travel to the Milton Keynes office once per week.

This is a permanent position.
