Do you have experience of working with settlements or in a financial services setting?

This fantastic company we are supporting are looking to recruit a Settlements Administrator to join their team due to growth. Ideally you will have worked in a similar position with relevant experience, however if you have experience of working in a financial services environment then we would still love to hear from you

This exciting position will utilise your attention to detail and ability to be able to build rapport with ease along with being confident at working in a data orientated environment.

Some of your duties will include the following:

- Maintain Standard Settlement Instructions working with internal systems
- Identify risk and root causes of non-settlement and work with the team to input resolutions to achieve settlement and mitigate risk
- Running daily reports and investigating large volumes of data to find and resolve differences
- Regular communication with clients and trading desks, with focus on exception reconciliation
- Amending trades as per instruction from the trading desks
- Trade Matching and generation of affirmed confirmation to initiate settlement to the respective custodian
- Escalation of unmatched trades if remaining unresolved within the SLA
- Enhance the client experience by identifying process improvements to increase the automation of daily processes
- Provide information to be added to reports and documentation for management reporting
- Input of trade data into Invest One
- Monitoring of the team mailbox and ensure all queries are responded to promptly
