**General Maintenance**
**London - across the N22 area**
- **Part time, 2 - 3 days per week**:

- **£16 - £22 per hour depending on experience**:

- **Flexible working hours, weekend availability if preferred**

**Details of the role**:
As a General Maintenance Person / Handyman / Tradesman, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that customers' premises are maintained to the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Performing various maintenance tasks such as gardening, groundwork, plumbing, plastering, and painting, jetwashing
- Undertaking repairs and renovations as needed to ensure the safety, cleanliness, and security of our facilities
- Utilising your diverse skill set to tackle a variety of projects, ranging from minor repairs to larger-scale renovations such as extensions
- Keeping company-provided vehicles, including vans, in good working condition and adhering to maintenance standards, including a weekly wash of the van

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a variety of trades, including but not limited to plumbing, plastering, painting, and gardening, would be highly advantageous
- Demonstrated proficiency in performing maintenance tasks and repairs
- Ability to work independently and efficiently, prioritising tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with colleagues and clients
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed
