- Greet and assist clients, customers, and visitors in a professional manner.
- Manage the front desk, answer incoming calls, and direct them appropriately.
- Schedule appointments and maintain meeting rooms.
- Provide accurate information regarding banking/financial/insurance services and direct inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Handle client documentation and ensure all paperwork is correctly filed and processed.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as sales, customer service, operations, and compliance.
- Maintain the reception area and ensure it is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Assist with onboarding clients by collecting KYC documents and verifying information.
- Ensure strict adherence to confidentiality, compliance, and data protection regulations
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in **Finance, Commerce, Business Administration**, or a related field.
- 2-7 years of experience in a front office or administrative role, preferably in **banking, finance, or insurance**.
- Familiarity with **financial terminology, customer onboarding, and KYC/AML regulations**.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High level of professionalism and customer service orientation.
**Job Type**: Permanent
Pay: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
**Experience**:
- Customer service: 3 years (required)
