Specialist Clinical Pharmacist

**Location - HCA at UCH, Central London**
**Contract Type - Permanent, Full time, 37.5 hours**

**About the role
In this role you will become a key member of the pharmacy team providing a comprehensive, clinical pharmacy service across inpatient, daycare and outpatient facilities, ensuring medicines optimisation and patient safety. You will provide day to day clinicalpharmacy services at the designated clinical areas and in the dispensaries
**Skills and experience
- Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council
- Hospital pharmacy experience, including experience in l oncology and/or haematology
- Possesses post-graduate diploma or equivalent (desirable)
- Evidence of continuing professional development
- Good written and spoken English
- Ability to identify pharmaceutical issues in patient and deal with these in a clinical environment
