We're expanding the team
You will be part of the online team, reporting directly to the Marketing Manager. You will be responsible for assisting the online and instore teams.
You will be the first point of contact for our online customers & the go to for our instore customer queries. The focus will be on your ability to have conversations with customers in a confident, friendly and professional manner, resolving queries, collaborating with our teams / stores to resolve any issues, providing our customers with an exceptional level of service at a time when they need it most. Dealing with and processing online orders

- Someone who can quickly understand the customer need and place a real focus on resolving issues and queries effectively and empathetically. Building a rapport with customers, get to know their individual needs and put their interests first.
- Use your brilliant sales and communication skills to upsell products. / Provide peace of mind by finding the right solution for every customer.

- Previous experience within customer service is preferred but not necessary if you have the right skills.
- CRM Experience is essential
- We have 5 stores in the UK, this role will be based in Southend-On-Sea._
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £21,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
