**Why the job exists**
- To assist in the production of high-quality creative assets
- To work effectively within the parameters of the production process
- To aide with the management of and support in maintaining smooth production process flow (pre-production, production and post-production)
- To provide general support to the production team
**Reporting and Communication Structure**
- This role reports to and supports the Executive Producer
**Responsibilities**
- Creating POs, loading vendors on the system and following up on invoices and payments
- Supporting Executive Producer and other team members with day-to-day tasks on projects
- Confirmation of bookings with suppliers and talent
- Assisting with pre-production project plans and timelines
- Gathering quotes for shoot gear and freelancers (EP to approve costs before confirming)
- Ensuring scripts, talent waivers and artist release forms and any other relevant materials are printed and ready for shoot days
- Organisation of shoot logistics (transporting gear to set, organising catering etc)
- Ensuring UFS Status board is kept up-to-date
- Assisting producers with reconciliation of costs in Paprika
- Meeting-related organisation including compiling and sending agendas the day before calls or meetings and ensuring meeting rooms are always booked when required
- Briefing SEO managers and copywriters when required
- Liaising with the finance team to ensure vendors are paid before shoots (when required)
- Post-project archiving of footage and project files on server when required
- Upload and day-to-day management of assets to client Vimeo, DAM and APP platforms
- Translations project management, including:
- Building cost estimates
- Client management and liaising between client and SDL
- Uploading of SRTs to Vimeo and AEM

- Accuracy and attention to detail in management of invoices and payments
- Smooth organisation of talent and gear for shoots
