Our client is a successful business based in Bury. They are looking to recruit a Purchase Ledger Administrator. to join their team. Offering study support and lots of progression opportunities.
**Description**
- Processing and Payment of invoices.
- Statement Reconciling
- Answering telephone queries
- Resolving invoice queries
- Responding to payment queries
- Making one off payments to external contractors outside of normal payment runs.
**Profile**
**To be considered for this role**:
- Experience within a similar role
- Computer literacy with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Positive attitude and used to working inclusively
- Ability to build strong relationships at all levels
