Head Chef

A privately owned, award wining boutique hotel is seeking to recruit a **Head Chef** for the main kitchen. The restaurant offers modern European fine dining dishes with the cooking having achieved two AA Rosettes and plenty of recognition as a leading venue to dine. In this role of Head Chef you will be responsible for runningof the kitchen and supervising and training a brigade of 5. The restaurant prides itself on attention to detail so you will need to be able to work to a high standard whilst working under pressure. You will be using top quality ingredients which are sourcedfrom the best suppliers.

**Requirements**:
An experienced Head Chef who is looking to progress and is passionate and ambitious is required for this role. Experience of working in properties with similar qualities, ability to work with the owners and a minimum one AA Rosette is an essential for thisrole.
