**What you will be doing**

You will join an inclusive, supportive team that works well together to provide care to people with learning disabilities and autism. Whether you have experience as a Healthcare Assistant or Care Worker, you will use your knowledge and skills to help supportpeople lead a valued and fulfilled life.

No two days will be the same as you take pride in safely escorting and driving staff, visitors and service users to local destinations across Southwest London and surrounding areas. During shifts, you will have access to a company vehicle and will be responsiblefor its maintenance and checks.
It can be quite a challenging environment at times, so a positive attitude, compassion, resilience and vigilance are important. But it is hugely rewarding to see people improve; being able to do something today that they couldn't do last week because of you.

The service operates 24/7. Standard shifts are 7.5 hours a day, on a 0 hour contract, so you can pick and choose when you work.

**Where you will be working**

**Location**:13 Alexandra Gardens, Hounslow TW3 4HT
**You will be working at Alexandra Gardens, a service which provides support for people who may be living with moderate learning disabilities with associated health needs, autism and behaviours.
Working alongside a multidisciplinary team, you will offer support to people as part of their care pathway. Whether it is moving from their community placement or a family home because they require more structured care and support.
