Dawson Levy is currently working on behalf of a fantastic multi-award winning AJ100 Architectural studio in their current search for a Revit Technician to join them in their office in Central London. This is an incredible opportunity for a Revit Technicianto join a design led practice who are exceptionally talented in the industry. A competitive salary and package is available to the successful applicant.

In order to be considered for this role you must have a minimum of 2-3 years' experience Revit modelling and ideally with large-scale residential project experience. As a BIM Technician, you will be required to model in Revit, assist in information managementand provide support for BIM within the team in the delivery of packages across practice through different work stages. The ideal BIM Technician will have experience in Dynamo, Navisworks and BIM 360. Good communication skills will be essential as you willbe liaising with various parties across the organisation.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 2 years' experience as a BIM Technician
- 2 years' experience Revit modelling/ complex Revit families
- Proficiency using Dynamo and Navisworks is beneficial
- Experience of delivering BIM ISO19650
- Large-scale Residential project experience
- Strong communication experience is essential (Written and Verbal)
