**Job Summary**
Headon is a long-established Award winning Property Development Company based in St Andrews. We are seeking an organised Accounts and Office Administrator to join our team.
The role will cover two main functions. On the Accounts side it will involve processing purchase and sales invoices and other accounts functions using Xero, working closely with our external accountants who oversee the function. On the office side the duties will involve supporting the existing team with wide ranging administrative tasks including some Personal Assistant duties. It is expect as the business grows that these functions may be split and another person being recruited.
**Responsibilities**
**Accounts**
- Processing purchase and sales invoices using Xero
- Processing all payments and uploading for approval.
- Dealing with supplier and custoomer invoicing queries
- Collating and providing payroll information to our external payroll support company
- Assist in the preparation of invoices and reports using Microsoft Office and Xero.
**Administration**
- Attend meetings, assisting with collating board packs and typing and distributing associated minutes.
- Handle incoming calls and welcoming visitors.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all records are up to date.
- Collaborate with team members to facilitate communication and streamline office processes.
- Ensure the office environment is tidy and well-organised at all times.
**Skills**
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Proficient in administrative duties with a keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Xero,Microsoft Office Programs Including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Teams.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication.
- Basic clerical skills including typing proficiency and familiarity with general office equipment.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
**Hours**: Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm
(Please note: this is a fully-office based role)
Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
