Exciting permanent Talent Advisor role based in Thame. Hybrid working available and parking on site.

**Client Details**

My client based in Thame is looking for a Talent Advisor on a permanent basis. This is an exciting operational role to drive and deliver talent. You will report directly into the Talent Manager and be responsible for supporting a diverse range of teams acrossthe UK, with responsibility for supporting new initiatives and projects.

The company offer hybrid working (3 days in the office) and parking on site.

**Description**

Talent Advisor responsibilities:

- Provide advice and support to the business relating to the range of performance and talent management tools
- Provide reports and analysis in relation to all people development metrics
- Support with internal talent programmes, from coordinating Assessment Centres to coaching and facilitating career development reviews
- Maintain and develop online learning portals
- Support with the creation of digital learning content
- Support and drive projects as needed, working with the Talent Manager and internal stakeholders
- Work alongside the Operations Teams to ensure the smooth running of training to minimise training cancellations and improve training processes and evaluation

**Profile**

The successful Talent Advisor experience/ skills:

- Desire to progress into a Talent role
- Previous HR/ L&D experience
- Intermediate EXCEL skills
- Good communication skills and proven experience of building and developing relationships
- Attention to detail and proficient in various systems from HR systems to excel, word, PowerPoint etc
