**WHO ARE WE?**

We are a charity for local terminally ill children and their families. We provide round-the-clock care in a warm, loving environment. We're a comforting cocoon filled with laughter, a peaceful place where families can create happy memories in their lastdays, weeks, months or years together. Based in Oxford, but supporting families from surrounding counties and as far as London, we care for terminally ill children at the hospice and through our outreach service. We are the world's first children's hospice,we care for babies and children up to the age of 18.

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**

We are looking for an enthusiastic and supportive ICT Technician to join our Team. Our ICT team work at the heart of the hospice. As an ICT Technician, you will provide front line support for the hospice and charity shops, including computer and networkmaintenance, project work and server maintenance. We are looking for someone with a positive can-do attitude, who's able to work as part of a team.

**WE NEED YOU TO HAVE**
- In depth knowledge of MS Office packages, specifically Word, PowerPoint, Excel
- SQL / Exchange / Active Directory / Office 365 / Networks
- Applicants must hold a current full driving licence in order to discharge the duties of this role
