Support the Original Penguin EMEA Merchandising Team to deliver the strategic range plan and product financial plan (from product to price and margin) across all distribution channels

Job Accountabilities:

- Manage and execute all administrative tasks including PLM and NuOrder tasks according to seasonal calendar.
- Support the Senior Merchandiser with trend analysis for UK/EU market, to include regular competitive store/market reports
- Support Senior Merchandiser with analyse all current and historical performance sales and DTC sell-through performance
- Support Senior Merchandiser with Wholesales and DTC sales, design and product teams to consider customer feedback/trends.
- Support Senior Merchandiser with ongoing Seasonal Wholesale Analysis (best sellers, margin tracking, productivity etc.)
- Support and work with other EMEA teams (Marketing, Sales) to execute successful launches
- Create, manage and maintain seasonal style master for all OPG lines
- Support EMEA Merchandising teams with key seasonal milestones such as Post Market Meetings, SKU Plan creation, Line Adoption & Buy Meetings
- Support Senior Merchandiser and local Product Creation Team (Design & Product Development) with execution and implementation of locally developed styles/SKUs across all channels
- Support EMEA Merchandising team with creation of seasonal sales tools
- Support Senior Merchandiser in managing the sample process from sample order to delivery to showroom and management of Merchandising sets
- Manage all administrative tasks for off-price SMUs including PLM, calendar management, preparations for sales meetings and costing
- Support EMEA Merchandising and product team with all ad hock tasks and projects
Person Specification:

- Product Management/Merchandising min. 2 year experience with appropriate brands
- Good knowledge of the menswear UK/EU Lifestyle apparel and fashion environment.
- Very good communication skills and ability to build good working relationships
- Very good organisational & time management skills
- Needs to be confident and approachable
- Analytical background, confident in data management and MS Office Programs (especially Excel)
- Basic Illustrator skills
This role offers hybrid working with some time spent in the London office.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
