**The Role**:
I am looking for a qualified **Senior Occupational Health Advisor.** The role is based at Bishops Cleeve site near Cheltenham and is for, 33 hours a week worked over 4.5 days a week. They can be flexible with which hours are worked however the half daywill be a Friday.
- The team is made up of 2 x OHA's and 2 x Admins.
- The successful applicant will also be happy to occasionally travel to the other client site in Gloucester to provide support.
- You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Occupational Health Service.
- Carry out Health Surveillance, Audiometry, Spirometry and Fitness for work assessments. Provide health education and promotion to the client.
- Undertake case management over the phone/in person, producing high standard and quality management advice reports.
- Provide clinical supervision and support other team members where less experienced
- You will have registration with NMC Part 3, be an RGN and possess an OH Qualification while having solid case management experience and experience delivering training.
- Life assurance, Pension Contribution and 25 days holiday a year.
