We are currently looking for enthusiastic and committed **Senior Surveyors** to join our **Monitoring Department.**

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 5 years of survey experience (previous Monitoring experience is an advantage)
- Relevant Qualifications and/or relevant experience
- Possess an understanding of surveying.
- Strong knowledge of the UK construction industry (ideally in surveying and monitoring)
- Experience in working to high safety standards.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office - Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Strong technical knowledge
- An ambition to learn and develop
- Proactive and confident in their abilities
- Flexibility to travel nationwide as required by our clients
- Full clean UK driving License
- The right to work in the UK

**Desirable**
- Ability to lead monitoring installations
- Ability to manage a project on site
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to regularly communicate with various stakeholders such as clients
- Organisational and time management skills
