**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including spirits, wines, and soft drinks, ensuring high standards of presentation.
- Assist in meal preparation and food preparation, adhering to food safety guidelines and maintaining cleanliness in the bar area.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and effective communication regarding menu items and special requests.
- Maintain an organised bar area, including restocking supplies and managing inventory levels.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders accurately, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper handling of food and beverages.
**Requirements**:
- Previous restaurant experience is highly desirable, particularly in a bar or catering setting.
- Strong culinary experience with knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for serving others and creating memorable experiences for guests.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
