This role is an amazing opportunity to work with a thriving manufacturer as a Change Manager on a Microsoft Dynamics 365 project, to successfully deliver their ambitious change agenda, ensuring all stakeholders are engaged at every stage for a smooth transition.Having implemented the Prosci methodology, you will be regularly measuring and reviewing deliverables to ensure success and adapting/course-correcting when required.
This position is a fixed-term contract in a flexible hybrid model, where initially you could be one day a week in the office, potentially moving to three days a week when projects begin to ramp up. This completely depends on the job's needs and your requirementto be on-site for them. The role comes with multiple benefits, including car allowance, pension, bonus, and healthcare, alongside a promising opportunity for extension.
**The Role**
Collaborating with the Head of Digital Transformation and Project Teams, you will be managing the digital transformation team's change agenda in conjunction with their change and communication workstream through the Prosci methodology.
Working with the Executive Leadership Team, you will be communicating top-down sponsorship and digital transformation at every opportunity throughout the business. Furthermore, delivering business updates demonstrating digital transformation which enablesbusiness strategy, (town halls, senior leadership meetings, quarterly/monthly comms opportunities).
**Experience**
- Has overseen change management and digital transformation projects.
- Implemented the Prosci methodology or appropriately certified.
- Excellent communicator and relationship manager with various stakeholders.
- Ideally worked with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365, etc.).
- Having worked in manufacturing is beneficial but not mandatory.
