Book Keeper/administration

Employee is required to oversee and manage all the financial aspects of company. Bookkeeper is responsible to keep record, track and Update Company’s financial information, including sales, purchases, follow up on invoices, outstanding bills and profit loss etc. Other duties include:
1. To ensure the accuracy of financial documents, as well as their compliance with relevant laws and regulations
2. To maintain accurate record of daily financial transactions
3. To update and maintain the general ledger
4. To prepare trial balance and reconcile them with appropriate accounts
5. To prepare tax returns and ensure that taxes are paid properly and on time.
salary 38700£ per annum
Working Hours 38 hours per week
In addition to these duties, the employee is required to perform any other duties that the Company may reasonably require them to perform to ensure smooth running of business operations.
Pay: £38,700.00 per year
