We are looking for Stock Controllers for our Private Shopping division

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Stock Controller will be responsible for managing the department’s stock movement. Working in conjunction with the Private Shoppers and Management team, the stock controller will lead and manage the Porter team withthe primary focus being on streamlining and monitoring stock movement processes, internally amongst various shop floor departments and also efficient stock delivery to clients.

**About you**:

- Stockroom management, including educating Private Shopping team on Best Business Practice in relation to stockroom standards and stock movement procedures,
- Ensure security procedures are followed at all times to prevent theft/stock loss
- Oversee departmental stock counts by site to identify stock holding and ensure stock is returned to Concession and Own Bought departments in a timely manner
- Maintain and manage any stock related discrepancies, keeping the Stock Integrity Operations Managers informed of outstanding issues in order to ensure that these are dealt with in a timely manner
- Work with the Private Shopper teams to support in collating information for deliveries overseas, CITIEs, Certificate of Origins, and Certificate of Dispatch by liaising with the Dispatch team and Private Shopping Team
- Review client stock holding by each Private Shopper business, and ensure aged stock is followed up on in a timely manner
- Monitor department sales reports in order to highlight issues with transactional processing which may in turn affect stock integrity
